I’ve had the silent woman - who would say yes, while keeping her emotions detached, hidden.
I’ve had the manipulative woman - who would say yes, while plotting the ways to get what she wanted.
I’ve had the determined woman - who would say no, and cut us both to prove her point.
I’ve had the angry woman - who would say yes while being subjected to pain.
I’ve had the emotional woman - who would say no, but mean yes and leave me to guess the difference.
I’ve had the bitter woman - who would say nothing, and quickly fade out of my life.

I’ve been with all of these women - I can see their faces in my head.

How would I describe myself? Silent, Manupulative, Determined, Angry, Emotional, Bitter. Perhaps what you send out is what you get back.

I’ve had other, more positive relationships, but that isn’t the sticking point this evening.
