Thieves in the mist

Firstly, Thank you Technorati Search, for you have revealed yet another mother fucker who, in their need to post original content, rips it off from other people.

That aside. I was just logging on this evening to my blog, checking out a little list that Technorati assembles that gathers links, content, etc from blogs all over the internet when I saw this. I like to go and read some of the sites that link my way, because often enough, if they like me, they may, at very least, have some content I like, or a blogroll through which I’d like to browse. That point aside, I stumbled across a very familiar wording and it caught my attention.

You may recognize the above post because it was posted here originally, by me.

Bastard.

Feel free to unleash your rage. I was…put out by it myself, and oh, imitation may be the purest form of flattery, this isn’t flattering in the least.

To my plagiarist:
You are simply copying my words, you don’t have a fucking idea of the meaning, emotion and reasons behind them. Take down my work.

I was going to leave a lovely comment myself…but was happy to see the site gone.

The blog in question is gone - It appears that I lost myself a fan.

I don’t use a creative commons license, I am old school and prefer good old fashioned copyright protection.

An experience I don’t wish to duplicate.

That so sucks. I am gonna leave him a comment in a few seconds. What a jackass.

Do you have creative commons license on any of your work?

I am sorry about this. Some people are so limited in their thinking, that they can’ think far enough ahead to know that they have no right to infrige.

D:

Here is the message I left at the site of the so-called Pendragon.

Perhaps you consider it daring to steal that which you covet and claim it as you own, as your namesake, Uther Pendragon. He met a rather uncomfortable death if I am not mistaken. So has your credibility as a writer. How much on this site is yours? Anything? Who would believe you?

Take this down and apologize to the rightful owner. If you want to be taken seriously, do the right thing. If not, be content with being a fraud.
