I’ve spent the better part of the day, and yesterday attempting to resurrect the still smoldering ashes of about 5 years worth of blogging. My frustration level is about as high as it gets before I turn violent, so I’m going to step away from this and go spend time doing what I actually enjoy doing.
To the person who caused this:
Fuck you. I hope you are sent to a rotting cell in the middle of Cambodia, bent over and raped by a maggoty dick big enough for Godzilla to feel it.
Update: At least I was able to salvage the tables if not the database.
After I read a post on an English blog, about the time spent resurrecting all the data after it had been erased by the server, I spent a long weekend saving my posts and comments onto memory sticks. I find some of my creative writing a joy to revisit and would be completely devastated if it went. I can truly appreciate your sentiments of anger and frustration.

Damn, you give good curse! And I’d be happy to add some energy to that, but obviously, that would be overkill

I was also worried when I could not reach your blog, and I’m very grateful you’re making headway on your recovery. I really enjoy your writing and I know I would miss this site if it were gone. Since I’ve never posted here before I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your thoughts and words here.
